With 3 points separating the top 5 this league continues to bring out the best in all teams and is perhaps the tightest start to the season we have ever seen. Jabroni and Show Hoffs are joint top of the Liverpool and Whitechapel league and Show Hoffs have a game in hand over their rivals. Jabroni fc are in 1st place with a better goal difference after they casually beat Milliman Fc 2-0. Show Hoffs played out a 19 goal match against Santander that they won 11-8 with Pete Tutton scoring 5 and man of the match Adam Hanim scoring 4! ICM Athletic are in 3rd place after they took down TMHS 9-4 as Damien took the man of the match award for scoring a double hat-trick!! The final game saw Llamas waltz past London Phoenix as they won 4-1 with James Collins scoring a hat-trick.

ICM Athletic gave their best performance so far as they had to play a whole 40 minutes with only 4 players! On top of that they comfortably beat their opponents! They took a 2-1 lead into half time as Damien got a brace for ICM and Louis Robinson got a goal back for THMS before the break. In the 2nd half ICM continued to run riot and it was the combination of Damien and Shaun Gibson that won their team the game. Damien added another 4 goals in the 2nd half to complete a double hat-trick whereas Shaun managed to get a hat-trick of his own! Louis Robinson got a hat-trick for THMS and Billy Roberts got a goal to his name to end the game 9-4.
Netbusters
James Collins (Llamas) made a great forward run to latch onto a team mate’s pass to then finish neatly into the bottom corner.
Joe Hanmer (Jabroni) showed good reactions as he spotted the keeper coming out so he quickly slotted the ball underneath in cheeky fashion.
Adam Hanim (Show Hoffs) was as cool as a cucumber in-front of goal as he placed his goal well as he was put under pressure.
Showboat
Louis Robinson (THMS) had all the skills in abundance today as he caused a threat for his opponents on numerous occasions to get the hat-trick he deserved.
Goncalo Orvalho (Santander) showed some good turns and oozed confidence
Going solo
Babiker Hassanain (London) showed good ball control and excellent dribbling taking on opponents with ease.

Michael Heap (Jabroni) made some lovely passes using superb technique and pin point accuracy!

Michael Heap (Jabroni) set the as he closed down players brilliantly and showed a great work rate from start to finish!
David Shaw (Llamas) was a rock at the back in his game winning a lot of tackles in key areas to start counter attacks for his team mates!

Chris Menzies (ICM) was a showstopper as he had a lack of defensive cover due to being a man down throughout the while game.
Carlos (Santander) made a gutsy performance in between the sticks and did what he could to keep out Show Hoffs as his team tried to catch up.
