Hello All,

Welcome to the Westway 5 a side league. We kick things off moving into season 2 with the news of 3G Pitches delighting all of the teams. Its all been confirmed and we will have 3 pitches in 3 weeks!!

The location

Westway Sports Centre, 1 Crowthorne Road, W10 6RP. The closest tube station is Latimer Road from here you turn right and walk down its about 3 minutes walk.  Take a left down Crowthorne road; you will immediately see pitches 1, 2 and 3 on the left hand side. Our pitches are the newly laid blue pitches (SOON TO BE 3G) are at the back of this complex just before the changing you turn left. If you’re unsure ask any of the security or members of staff where the blue pitches are “pitches 11, 12, and 13.” The pitches are also walking distance from Holland Park station

The timings

Once again this is another one of our infamous corporate leagues hence we have tried to avoid too many late kick offs with most weeks 620,7 and 740pm k offs and other weeks 7,740 and 820pm

Rules

Same rules as held in all previous Playfiveaside leagues. Referee will go through on match day one. We kick off 3rd May.

Deposits and payments

In the very rare occasion your team cannot make a game you must provide 24 hours notice working days notice. This means by Weds 530pm if you know your team cannot make it you must inform us, if you do not deposits will become void. Those paying weekly must make £35 available to the match official at the end of each game. Those who have paid up front need not worry.

Fixtures and results

Fixtures have been attached directly beneath this paragraph it’s a spreadsheet that shows everything for the next 7 weeks and set 2 fixtures will be disclosed later. By Friday 12pm all results will go online and an email sent to your inbox this will contain the match summaries on the night. Please note we have 7 teams in this league .All teams play each other twice in the league. As we have 7 teams one team at random will rest every week.
